BRAC Saajan Exchange Ltd – Fraud Warning Notice
Please be on alert to fraudsters, scammers and imposters claiming to be acting on behalf of BRAC Saajan Exchange Ltd.
Please be aware that you may be approached by unauthorised individuals falsely presenting themselves as employees, affiliates, agents or representatives of BRAC Saajan Exchange Ltd. Under this false pretence they may; attempt to gain access to your personal information or attempt to acquire money or other valuables from you, by offering fictitious discounts or offers.
The contacting individual or organisation may, for example, claim to be able to provide you with money remittance services free of fees at a higher exchange rate than you would find in branch.
Such fraudulent offers and claims are usually received via telephone, email, post, text message, etc. These claims and offers are fraudulent and invalid and you are strongly advised to exercise great caution when you receive such offers.
Criminal and/or civil liabilities may arise from such fraudulent actions and thus we intend to cooperate with relevant law enforcement agencies and ask them to take appropriate action when such incidents might occur. Accordingly, if you harbour any doubts as to the authenticity of any correspondence you have received from BRAC Saajan Exchange Ltd, or any of its affiliates, agents or representatives, please contact the compliance department at [email protected].

Please note that under no circumstances shall BRAC Saajan Exchange Ltd be held liable or responsible for any claims, losses, damages, expenses or any such inconvenience resulting from or in any way connected to the aforementioned imposters.
