Currently serving as Administrative Manager at BRAC Saajan Exchange Limited, where she joined in February 2013, Nadia plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and financial discipline within a regulated corporate environment. Her portfolio covers end-to-end procurement and inventory management, cost control and cash-flow oversight, business requirement preparation, carry out User Acceptance Test (UAT) and comprehensive logistical support. She is deeply involved in safeguarding accounts and capital adequacy, managing contracts and leases, maintaining key financial relationships. She manages essential HR operations, driving performance reviews, supporting talent administration, and ensuring a structured, compliant, and people-focused workplace. A trusted collaborator, she works closely with internal and external stakeholders to assist in preparing statutory financial reports and ensure timely audits.
