Nadia Saleh is a seasoned corporate professional with nearly two decades of cross-functional experience spanning administration, finance, operations, and stakeholder management. Currently serving as Administrative Manager at BRAC Saajan Exchange Limited, where she joined in February 2013, Nadia plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and financial discipline within a regulated corporate environment. Her portfolio covers end-to-end procurement and inventory management, cost control and cash-flow oversight, business requirement preparation, carry out User Acceptance Test (UAT) and comprehensive logistical support. She is deeply involved in safeguarding accounts and capital adequacy, managing contracts and leases, maintaining key financial relationships. She manages essential HR operations, driving performance reviews, supporting talent administration, and ensuring a structured, compliant, and people-focused workplace. A trusted collaborator, she works closely with internal and external stakeholders to assist in preparing statutory financial reports and ensure timely audits.

Prior to this role, Nadia contributed to BRAC Head Office (Enterprise & Investments) from 2009 to 2012, where she managed logistics, inventories, and operational resolutions, gaining strong exposure to large-scale enterprise operations before relocating to the United Kingdom. Earlier in her career, she also brought a sharp editorial eye to News and Images as a Sub Editor, where she worked in news editing and script writing—experience that continues to inform her clear communication style and analytical thinking.

Academically grounded and strategically minded, Nadia holds an MBA with a dual major in Human Resource Management and Marketing, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Humanities from BRAC University. Known for her poise, precision, and people-centric leadership, she represents the modern corporate woman—resilient, detail-driven, and adept at balancing governance, growth, and collaboration in fast-moving business environments.
