We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our busy and rapidly expanding team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of a forward-thinking organisation, supporting senior management and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

Main Purpose of the Job:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the MD and top management. Your duties will include preparing meeting minutes, organising travel arrangements, including hotel, flights, trains, and preparing detailed itineraries. You will be involved in calculating and providing Daily Allowance (DA), creating memos and acknowledgement forms, arranging meetings with agents and stakeholders, and managing travel receipts. Additionally, you’ll collect monthly reports, coordinate meetings such as MANCOMM and the Monthly Compliance Committee (MCC), assist with quarterly board preparations, handle day-to-day communications, and provide overall support to senior leadership. Any other tasks assigned by your Line Manager will also be part of your role, making it a varied and engaging position.

Executive Assistant Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar secretarial role
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant administrative software
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise and adapt quickly
