As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the MD and top management. Your duties will include preparing meeting minutes, organising travel arrangements, including hotel, flights, trains, and preparing detailed itineraries. You will be involved in calculating and providing Daily Allowance (DA), creating memos and acknowledgement forms, arranging meetings with agents and stakeholders, and managing travel receipts. Additionally, you’ll collect monthly reports, coordinate meetings such as MANCOMM and the Monthly Compliance Committee (MCC), assist with quarterly board preparations, handle day-to-day communications, and provide overall support to senior leadership. Any other tasks assigned by your Line Manager will also be part of your role, making it a varied and engaging position.
