Md. Faisal Kabir is a seasoned finance leader and qualified professional accountant with over 14 years of experience spanning financial strategy, treasury, FP&A, audit, consultancy, and regulatory compliance across the UK and Bangladesh. He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK) and also holds CPA-CGA qualifications from Canada.

He currently serves as Financial Controller of BRAC Saajan Exchange Limited, where he leads financial planning and budgeting, liquidity and cash-flow management, capital adequacy monitoring, and safeguarding of customer funds in line with regulatory requirements. His responsibilities include overseeing statutory audits, financial reporting, regulatory liaison, and strengthening governance through enhanced financial controls and operating frameworks.

Prior to joining BRAC Saajan Exchange, Mr. Kabir held senior roles in audit, consultancy, and industry, including Director at RSM Bangladesh Consulting Ltd. He has extensive experience in ERP implementations, process automation, cost optimisation, and performance management, delivering measurable efficiency improvements and improved financial transparency. Earlier in his career, he worked with multinational organisations and international audit firms, gaining strong exposure to ERP-driven finance operations, treasury management, and cross-border reporting.

Mr. Kabir holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and has been actively involved in professional and ethical initiatives through ACCA Bangladesh and the Ethical Accountants Society.
