Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and grow new business pipelines within your region
Identify, meet, and onboard new agents
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing agents
Represent the brand with professionalism and high standards.
Manage key accounts and support ongoing agent needs
Ensure compliance requirements are met, including conducting site visits
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, compliance, operations, and finance) to align sales strategies
Travel across the region to meet agents and explore new opportunities
Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and growth areas
Deliver training and support to agents where required
Monitor competitor activity and market developments
Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Follow up on outstanding balances and maintain healthy account status
Prepare and deliver effective sales proposals and presentations
Job Requirements:
Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Energetic, proactive, and commercially minded
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Fluent in Bengali and English (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Highly organised with good time management skills
Quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude
Confident in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Holds a valid UK driving license
Willing to travel extensively within the region
Salary: Negotiable
