BRAC Saajan Privilege Programme — Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the BRAC Saajan Privilege Programme (“the Programme”) and use of the Privilege Card (“the Card”) issued by BRAC Saajan Exchange Ltd (“BRAC Saajan”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accepting or using the Card, the cardholder (“you”, “the Agent”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Privilege Programme is available only to registered BRAC Saajan agents and is not open to the general public or non-agent customers.

1.2 Eligible agents are automatically enrolled into the Programme; no separate application is required.

1.3 Enrolment does not guarantee entitlement to any specific benefit; each benefit is subject to the agent’s card tier and the individual terms and conditions set out in these Terms.

1.4 BRAC Saajan reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an agent qualifies for the Programme.

1.5 Eligibility Assessment Criteria

1.5.1 BRAC Saajan determines an agent’s eligibility for the Programme, and the card tier for which the agent qualifies, using the transaction-performance logic set out below.

1.5.2 Eligibility is assessed based on the agent’s transaction performance over the six-month period from February to July.

1.5.3 To be considered, an agent must have transacted in at least 5 of the 6 months within the assessment period and must have remained active in the most recent months.

1.5.4 Gold Card: the agent’s average monthly transaction volume over the assessment period must be at least £250,000, and the agent’s July transaction volume must also be at least £250,000.

1.5.5 Blue Card: the agent’s average monthly transaction volume over the assessment period must be at least £50,000, and the agent’s July transaction volume must also be at least £50,000.

1.5.6 Not Eligible: agents who are new or whose transaction activity has been inconsistent, and agents who have recently stopped transacting, will not be eligible for the Programme.

1.5.7 Where an agent does not maintain the recent transaction performance required for the Gold Card, the agent may nonetheless qualify for the Blue Card if the Blue Card criteria set out above are met.

1.5.8 BRAC Saajan reserves the right to review, amend, or reapply this eligibility logic (including the assessment period, transaction thresholds, and activity requirements) from time to time, at its sole discretion, in line with Clause 10 below.

2. Card Tiers — Blue Card and Gold Card

2.1 The Programme operates on a tiered card structure comprising the Blue Privilege Card and the Gold Privilege Card.

2.2 An agent’s card tier is determined by BRAC Saajan based on the agent’s sales performance and service standards, assessed against criteria set by BRAC Saajan from time to time, including the eligibility assessment criteria set out in Clause 1.5.

2.3 Each card tier carries its own set of benefits. Agents may only access the benefits attached to the card tier they currently hold; benefits are not interchangeable between tiers.

2.4 Card tier status is reviewed every six month. Depending on ongoing sales and service performance, an agent’s card may be upgraded (e.g. Blue to Gold), downgraded, or remain unchanged, at BRAC Saajan’s sole discretion.

2.5 A change in card tier will result in a corresponding change to the benefits available to the agent, effective from the date BRAC Saajan applies the change.

3. BRAC Bank Probashi Savings Account Reward

3.1 A cash reward is payable to the Agent for each new BRAC Bank Probashi Savings Account opened, subject to the minimum deposit requirement and the reward amount applicable to the Agent’s card tier, as set out below.

Gold Privilege Card

  • £7.00 reward per new BRAC Bank Probashi Savings Account opening, subject to a minimum deposit of £20,000.

Blue Privilege Card

  • £5.00 reward per new BRAC Bank Probashi Savings Account opening, subject to a minimum deposit of £20,000.

3.2 The reward is paid at BRAC Saajan’s discretion once the account-opening and minimum deposit conditions have been verified, and is subject to BRAC Bank’s own terms and conditions for the Probashi Savings Account.

3.3 The reward has no cash alternative beyond the stated amount and cannot be combined with any other new-account promotion unless expressly stated by BRAC Saajan or BRAC Bank.

  • withdraw an agent’s participation in the Programme or downgrade/revoke a card.

10.2 Where practical, BRAC Saajan will aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes, but is under no obligation to do so, and continued participation in the Programme after any change constitutes acceptance of that change.

10.3 BRAC Saajan’s decisions relating to the Programme, including card tier assignment, benefit eligibility, and any modification or withdrawal of rules or services, are final.
