The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, approaching, acquiring, and onboarding new agents for BRAC Saajan Exchange Ltd. The primary focus of this role is to grow the agent network through proactive field sales activity, lead generation, cold calling, and close coordination with internal teams.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new leads in the market through daily field visits.
- Engage with businesses daily to expand the BRAC Saajan agent network.
- Use BRAC Saajan’s Market Intel app to identify potential leads and conduct cold calls to prospective agents.
- Use the Sales and Pipeline app to record sales activities, manage leads, update pipeline status, and track progress against targets.
- Close all cold and warm leads sourced through field visits, referrals, market intelligence, and internal lead-generation activities.
- Assist prospective agents throughout the full onboarding journey, from initial contact to completion of onboarding requirements.
- Work closely with Onboarding Officers, Sales & Relationship Managers, Compliance Team members, and other relevant internal teams to expedite the onboarding of new agents.
- Ensure all required documents and information are collected from prospective agents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow up regularly with prospective agents to remove delays and maintain momentum throughout the onboarding process.
- See through the training of newly onboarded agents to ensure they are able to conduct business with BRAC Saajan confidently and correctly.
- Support newly onboarded agents during the initial activation period to help them understand BRAC Saajan’s systems, processes, products, corridors, and service standards.
- Attend internal sales forecast and pipeline meetings fully prepared with relevant data on current market opportunities, sales pipeline figures, onboarding progress, and sales activity completed against targets.
Meet monthly targets for onboarding new agents, including corridor-specific agent acquisition targets where applicable. - Provide regular market feedback, competitor insights, and agent acquisition opportunities to the Sales and Management teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all field visits, calls, follow-ups, pipeline stages, and onboarding progress.
- Ensure all sales and onboarding activities are carried out in line with BRAC Saajan’s internal policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory expectations.
Core Focus:
The Field Sales Executive’s primary responsibility is new agent acquisition, onboarding, activation, and early-stage support.

- Proficiency in English and Sylheti (multilingual candidates preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and email writing
- Immediate availability is required
- Experience in direct B2B sales is highly desirable
- Holding a valid UK driving license will get preference.
